The Hamlet Craft Tools Brother Hollowing System 26" Handle (Big Brother) is a heavy duty, well-made hollowing system. The adjustable 1/2" edge protector controls the depth of cut enabling controlled fine or heavy stock removal. The 26" long handle provides a strong, well-balanced and comfortable grip needed for deep hollowing work. The cutter swivels at the end of the tool to remove stock from areas that otherwise could not be reached with a standard hollowing tool. The steel shaft can be set at variable lengths in the handle to accommodate comfortable balance and length to suit the work. It is recommended to sharpen the cutter with a diamond sharpening stone around the outside of the cutting edge.
