Delivery

What is the delivery cost?

UK standard delivery is free for orders over £90. Standard shipping is priced at £5.25 for orders under £90 and express shipping is £7.75. We do not currently ship outside the UK. For full details, please see our 'Delivery' page.

When will I receive my order?

We promise to work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Standard shipping is sent using Evri (delivery aim 2-5 working days after despatch) and express shipping is sent using DPD Local (delivery aim next working day after despatch).

Can I track my parcel?

Yes, both our standard shipping and express shipping options are sent using a trackable service (Evri or DPD Local). The tracking information will be sent to either your phone or email address once the order has been despatched.

Returns

What is the returns policy?

Items must be returned within 14 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging. Please visit our 'Returns' page for full details on how to return an item.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5 working days from when we receive the item(s).

General

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Klarna as payment methods.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes, all prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT at the applicable UK rate. The price you see is the price you pay, with no hidden surprises at checkout. A VAT invoice will be provided with your purchase, allowing you to reclaim the tax if you are VAT registered.

What are your opening hours?

Our telephone lines are open Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm. Our on-site factory store is open between 10am and 3pm Monday to Wednesday. We do, however, ask you call beforehand to make sure that we have what you are looking for. Our factory store is located at: Henry Taylor (Tools) Limited., Unit 8 Peacock Trading Estate, Livesey Street, Sheffield, S6 2BL.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in our factory in Sheffield, and have been manufactured in Sheffield since the company was established in 1834.
