Hamlet Bevel Edge Firmer Chisel

The Hamlet Craft Tools Bevel Edge Firmer Chisel is well suited for fine joinery and general cabinet making. The bevel edge design gives it the advantage of being able to work into tight spaces and the corners of joints with acute angles .

The blade is carefully forged, hardened and tempered, and then hardness tested to guarantee edge retention. It has a bevel on 3 faces.

The Bevel Edge Firmer Chisel is available in the below sizes:

• HCT001 - 1/8" (3mm)
• HCT002 - 1/4" (6mm)
  
• HCT003 - 3/8" (10mm)
• HCT004- 1/2" (13mm)
  
• HCT006 - 3/4" (20mm)
• HCT008 - 1" (25mm)
  

The chisel has a stained beech handle and is finished with a brass ferrule.

The tools may require a final honing before use to suit the users individual needs (as will regularly need to be done through the use of the tools).

These tools are hand forged using traditional techniques and, as such, are not precision made.
