Diamic Incannel Firmer Gouge

The Diamic by Henry Taylor Incannel Firmer Gouge is a standard length carpenters chisel with a gouge shaped blade. The gouge has the bevel ground on the inside, giving an outside cutting edge.

The Incannel Firmer Gouge is available in the below sizes:

• F11 - 1/4" (6mm)
• F12 - 3/8" (10mm)
• F13 - 1/2" (13mm)
• F14 - 5/8" (16mm)
• F15 - 3/4" (20mm)
• F16 - 1" (25mm)

The gouge has a stained beech handle and is finished with a brass ferrule.

Blade Length: 4" approx.

Handle Length: 5.5" approx.

Sizes are approximate. The sweep of the gouge may vary.

The tools may require a final honing before use to suit the users individual needs (as will regularly need to be done through the use of the tools).

These tools are hand forged using traditional techniques and, as such, are not precision made.
