The Diamic by Henry Taylor Tools Chris Stott Hollowing Tool is ideal for turning small hollow forms (up to 4 inches in depth or diameter.) The bent scraper works perfectly on curved areas, including tight areas around the neck of the opening.

This fine turning tool, featuring a High Speed Steel blade, combines traditional handcrafting and forging skills with modern heat treatment and finishing techniques to deliver the design, finish, and edge retention properties demanded by woodturners of today.

The blade is carefully forged, hardened and tempered, and then hardness tested to guarantee edge retention.

The Diamic by Henry Taylor Tools Chris Stott Hollowing Tool is available in the below sizes:

  • HS58 - 1/4" with 10" handle
  • HS59 - 3/8" with 10" handle

The tool has a Henry Taylor Diamic brand stained beech handle and is finished with a brass ferrule.
