Beading & Parting Tool

The Hamlet Craft Tools Beading & Parting Tool is used primarily for forming beads and spigots. This tool can also perform the standard parting tool tasks such as cutting through and forming shoulders.

This fine turning tool, featuring a High Speed Steel blade, combines traditional handcrafting and forging skills with modern heat treatment to deliver the design and edge retention properties demanded by woodturners of today.

The blade is carefully forged, hardened and tempered, and then hardness tested to guarantee edge retention.

The Hamlet Craft Tools Beading & Parting Tool is available in the below sizes:

  • HCT094 - 1/4" (6mm) with 10" handle
  • HCT095 - 3/8" (10mm) with 10" handle

The tool has a Hamlet brand stained beech handle and is finished with a brass ferrule.
