Diamic Short Cranked Bevel Edge Paring Chisel

The Diamic by Henry Taylor Short Cranked Bevel Edge Paring Chisel has a shorter blade than traditional cranked chisels, making it easier to control. The offset handle design allows the user to keep the blade absolutely flat on the stock at all times, while keeping hands out of the way, improving cutting accuracy and making work in confined spaces much easier.

The blade is carefully forged, hardened and tempered, and then hardness tested to guarantee edge retention. It has a bevel on 3 faces.

The Short Cranked Bevel Edge Paring Chisel is available in the below sizes:

• F61 - 1/4" (6mm)
  
• F62- 1/2" (13mm)
  
• F63 - 3/4" (20mm)
• F64 - 1" (25mm)
  

The chisel has a stained beech handle and is finished with a brass ferrule. 

Blade Length: 4.5" approx.

Handle Length: 5.5" approx.

The tools may require a final honing before use to suit the users individual needs (as will regularly need to be done through the use of the tools).

These tools are hand forged using traditional techniques and, as such, are not precision made.
